MagScapes have been approached by Tern television, a TV production company.
They are currently in production with a new 10 part property series for Channel 4 (working title Best Laid Plans). It's presented by Charlie Luxton and Sophie Morgan and will start airing later this year. We're following the builds of around 20 families across the UK who are undertaking high end /large scale building projects or renovations. Each episode follows the ups and downs of two different builds.
We’re looking for a really fab and fun children’s playroom to feature in a shoot we’re doing next week on the 12th July. As work gets underway on their builds we try and help our contributors solve any design dilemmas by taking them on inspirational visits that showcase examples of how other people have approached things. In this case we are filming with a couple are currently pondering the design of their playroom. We’d like to film our presenter Charlie showing them a really fantastic playroom to get their creative juices going. Ideally we’re looking for a playroom that includes a MagScapes magnetic wall.
For logistical reasons, we are hoping to find this location in Oxfordshire or one of the surrounding counties, so Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire or Warwickshire. If you are able to forward my contact details on to any clients you have in those areas and invite them to contact me if they are interested in having their playroom featured that would be wonderful.
The filming itself would just take a couple of hours, and would simply consist of our presenter Charlie and the couple looking around the playroom, as well as lots of beauty shots of the room itself. We wouldn’t need anyone else to be on camera, and we are very mindful of homeowners’ privacy. Please let me know if you would like some more information. Any customers who are interested in taking part are welcome to give Kate Wilson a call with any questions or to discuss further on 0141 241 6087.
Have your say. Please be nice and stay on topic
